The signing of Memorandum Agreement(MOA) between CNSC President Dr. Rusty G. Abanto and Small Enterprise Research and Development Foundation (SERDEF) President, Paterno V. Viloria, Ph.D.  Represented by Board of Trustee Melchor C. Morandarte.  The partnership aims collaborate with CNSC to promote entrepreneurship and enterprise culture in the Philippines through advocacy, training and provision of extension services for micro, small and medium enterprise sector, thus, implements (Training for Entrepreneurship Educators (TREE) with CNSC.  CBPA Dean Nora J. Macasinag, IABD Director Mary Grace Imperial and IABD Entrepreneurship Faculty Daryl Petas witnessed  the event.
