Enhance the growth and profession of research and development culture and agenda in CNSC not only on identified commodities but also on improving academic programs and administrative services and strengthen extension efforts to reach out to the communities.

   

KRA 3. Administration and Management of Resources

Cultivate efficiency and effectiveness in the administration of the affairs of CNSC including the operation of productive and profitable income-generating projects.
