Ms. Universe 2010 4th Runner- up Ms. Ma. Venus Raj and Mr. Weng Del Rosario both from Elevate Movement Inc. – a non- government organization, and LGU Talisay Mayor Donovan A. Mancenido paid a courtesy call to CNSC President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz.
During the meeting, plans of collaboration among CNSC, LGU-Talisay and Elevate Movement, Inc. were discussed. These include series of workshops, training, and research and extension activities.
This visit coincided with the LGU Talisay Leadership Summit held on September 8-9, 2022 at CNSC Amphitheatre where Ms. Raj and Mr. Del Rosario were among the resource speakers.
