On November 4, 2022 at CNSC OP Boardroom, Camarines Norte State College headed by Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, College President and the Civil Service Commission Regional Office V headed by Atty. Daisy Punzalan Bragais Director IV signed a MOA for the utilization of CNSC facilities as venue for the Civil Service Examination Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). Dr. Maria Cristina F. Azuelo, CNSC VPAF and Ms. Rosalinni V. Moneda, CSC ROV Director III signed as witnesses.
