The Camarines Norte State College Administrative Council comprised of the Vice Presidents, Deans, and Directors of its six campuses convened today, April 6, 2021, at the CNSC Amphitheater to welcome its new OIC President, CHED RO - V Regional Director Dr. Freddie T. Bernal.
In his message, OIC President, CHED RO-V RD Dr. Bernal read the content of BOT Res. No. 37, s. 2021 on his designation as OIC to the Office of the President of CNSC. He mentioned that despite being the OIC President of Catanduanes State University, on top of being the CHED RO V Regional Director, and as a public servant, he is serving the pleasure of the Board of Trustees (BOT) as the highest governing board of CNSC.
He called for the meeting to find out where CNSC is right now, and in what direction CNSC is heading. He pointed out that he will continue the Programs and Projects and Activities of the previous administration since they are already in place. The designees will remain in the status quo unless there is a reason or intention to leave the post. He asked for everyone’s full support and cooperation under his leadership until a new president is selected.
Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones represented by the Dean of the Graduate School Dr. Maria Cristina C. Azuelo, VP for Administration and Finance Dr. Lilibeth A. Roxas, and VP for Research and Extension Dr. Josefina Socorro F. Tondo presented their Accomplishments for the First Quarter of 2021 and the Institutional Planning and Development Officer Enp. Ronaldo presented the Targets for 2021.
