After the meeting with the Administrative Council yesterday, CNSC- OIC President/CHED RO V Regional Director Dr. Freddie T. Bernal meets the Heads of Offices of the General Administrative and Support Services (GAAS) today, April 7 with the aim of ensuring a good start with the heads of GAAS.
Sharing his message with the AdCo, he conveyed that he will continue the Programs and Projects and Activities of the previous administration since they are already in place. The designees will remain in the status quo unless there is a reason or intention to leave the post. He announced his schedule and assure that the day-to-day operation of the college will be smooth. His staff will be in close coordination with him, his communication line is open and the VPs have delegated authority. He asked everyone to remain loyal to the institution and anticipates transparency, full support, and cooperation under his leadership until a new president is selected.
