Welcome to the Graduate School of Camarines Norte State College where excellence and innovation converge to shape the future of education. As the Dean of the Graduate School, I am honored to share with you the remarkable endeavors and aspirations that define our institution.
At Camarines Norte State College – Graduate School, we are committed to fostering a transformative educational experience. Our graduate programs in public administration, business administration, educational leadership and management and teaching Filipino are designed to cultivate critical thinking, leadership and management skills, and a deep sense of social responsibility. We take pride in our diverse and dynamic community of scholars, who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and making a meaningful impact on society.
Looking ahead, we envision a future where Camarines Norte State College continues to be a beacon of transformative education. We expand our research capabilities, enhance our community engagement, and foster an inclusive environment where every student can thrive as leaders, drivers of economic progress and social change. Our goal is to equip our graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen fields and contribute to the betterment of society.
As we strive for continuous improvement, we are grateful for the AACCUP Accrediting Agency for Charted Colleges and Universities in the Philippines for journeying with us. Your valuable recommendations were indeed helpful as we continue to uphold the highest standards in academic excellence that would make a lasting impact on the world.

MESSAGE FROM THE PROGRAM CHAIR
ROSALIE A. ALMADRONES, PhD
This level 4 accreditation of the program Master in Public Administration marks another milestone for the Graduate School of the Camarines Norte State College. This signifies adhering to the requirements of being a higher education institution in the area of curriculum, students, faculty, research, extension, laboratory, library, physical facilities, and administration.
The CNSC Graduate School has been in its goal of “developing quality and values-laden graduates with high degree of professionalism and leadership in their chosen area of discipline through specialization, research, and extension services.” This accreditation positions the program under survey on a status where graduates can be considered as instruments for nation building. The faculty as well respond to the need of equipping themselves on the trends in curriculum development, research presentation and publication, extension engagements, and faculty and student mobility.
Aside from all those mentioned, meeting the objectives of the program becomes the primary reason why the Graduate Schools works for quality education, to wit:
- Develop effective and efficient leaders and administrators of the government organizations;
- Enhance students’ capability in decision-making;
- Facilitate the conduct of researches that promote economic, scientific, political, and social progress; and
- Improve students’ professional skills in public administration and governance.
To the Graduate School faculty and students, let us work together for this accreditation.
