He is an Associate Professor I, the Director for Auxiliary Services, and the concurrent Director for Business Affairs Division. 

After completing AB Economics and Master in Economics from Bicol University, he did a short stint as researcher in the National Statistics Office. In 2003, he was hired as permanent instructor in the College of Business and Public Administration.  As business enthusiast, he is currently handling the business implementation course of the BS Entrepreneurship Program. He is also teaching business subjects in the Holy Trinity College Seminary as part of extension services. Likewise, through his efforts as head of the Business Affairs Division, the income generated by the various projects in CNSC significantly increased for the past few years. Further, he is an active member of several religious organizations and ministries in the Diocese of Daet.
