An Oathtaking with the College President, Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, PECE Mr. John Dave Sunguad, a fourth-year BSED – English Major from the College of Education is the new Editor-in-Chief of Breakthrough, the official student publication of the Camarines Norte State College. An accommodating and eager President received the new staffers of Breakthrough today at the OP Boardroom. Together with the students were Dr. Delma Jean V. Abad, CEID-GAD director and Breakthrough adviser and Mr. Andrew Emmerson P. Abligos, head of the Student Development Unit.
