Formerly known as the Institute of Computer Studies (ICS), the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS) is dedicated to producing top-tier professionals in technology and digital innovation. The college offers two programs: the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), which focuses on software development, network management, and IT solutions; and the Bachelor of Science in Information System (BSIS), which integrates technology with business processes to optimize organizational performance.

DANIEL Jr. E. MALIGAT, DIT
Daniel E. Maligat Jr. is a faculty member at Camarines Norte State College in the Philippines, specializing in computer studies. His expertise includes SMS gateway, intelligent systems, digital signal processing, sentiment analysis, digital education, and mobile game-based learning. He has been actively involved in research and has contributed to various publications in these fields. Additionally, Maligat played a significant role in implementing the Online Learning Management System (OLMS) at his institution, enhancing digital education and accessibility.
