She is a family centered woman. Family is her top most priority as she still loved to mingle with her boys.

Many baffled with her attitude as she possessed a brave and righteous character but knowing her deeply she is a soft-hearted person.

Her previous employment mold her to be a person with discipline, honesty and dignity in work. 

She joined the academic community for the past 5 years and actively involved in conducting research in the field of business, human resource, environment and other areas of social science.

Currently she is the Research Coordinator of the College of Business and Public Administration and the organization advisers of the Junior Peoples’ Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) CNSC Chapter and the CNSC Eco Green Youth Advocates (CNSC-EGYA).
