Jocelyn O. Torio, DIT is a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies in Camarines Norte State College. She serves as the NSTP Director and concurrently the program chairperson of BSIS Program. With over 14 years of experience in the academe, she has held various roles including Planning Coordinator, Alumni Coordinator, ICS Director, among others. Her contributions include research and publications on gamification in e-learning and sentiment analysis in educational contexts that are Scopus indexed​. Additionally, Dr. Torio is recognized as an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), reflecting her active involvement in scientific and technological research and also an active member of  Regional ​Quality Assessment Team of CHED Region V.
