Peter Clyde Lamadrid from Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Philippines, is a registered mechanical engineer. He completed his primary education at Vinzons Pilot Elementary School and his secondary education at Vinzons Pilot High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. In 2015, he passed the licensure examination for Registered Mechanical Engineers. He began his graduate studies in 2018 at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), finished in 2022 Master of Engineering with a major in Mechanical Engineering. His areas of expertise include engineering design (HVAC, Fire Protection and Safety, and CAD). Additionally, he is a Certified Safety Officer III. Since 2017, he has been a faculty member at the Camarines Norte State College – College of Engineering.
