.Jenefer Lovenario Cabingan is a dedicated professional with a rich and extensive experience in the engineering field She was born on August 30, 1985. She began her academic journey at Sooc Elementary School and continued at Villazar High School. In 2012, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Mapúa University.

With 15 years of industry experience, she has spent the last 7 years as a Research and Development Specialist and Supervisor in the Engineering Department of an automotive company. In 2023, she transitioned to academia, taking on the role of Engineering Faculty at Camarines Norte State College, where she shares her expertise and passion for engineering with the next generation of students.
