Janica Mae Concordia-de Mesa is a registered electrical engineer from Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. She was born on January 31, 1998.

She took her primary education at Daet Elementary School and secondary education at Camarines Norte State College- Laboratory High School. For her tertiary education, she finished her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at the Camarines Norte State College- Main Campus. She passed the licensure examination for Registered Electrical Engineer in 2019. In 2022, she started her graduate studies at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), taking up a Master of Engineering. She graduated in 2024 as Magna Cum Laude. She is a loving mother and wife. She is a Camarines Norte State College – College of Engineering faculty from 2022.
