Engr. Frances Angelique U. Cereno graduated from Camarines Norte State College with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in April 2018, and passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in November of the same year.

She worked as an engineering staff at the Municipal Engineering Office of the Local Government Unit of Talisay, Camarines Norte from February 2019 to December 2019. Her responsibilities included preparing engineering plans and programs of works for various projects, as well as conducting site inspections.

From January 2020 to the present, she has been working at Camarines Norte State College College of Engineering, where she currently serves as the Research Coordinator for 2021, and as the College Secretary and ISO Focal Person from 2022 to present. Among the courses she handles are Geotechnical Engineering, Foundation and Retaining Wall Design, and Hydraulics.

She earned her master’s degree at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges with a thesis focused on the Characterization of Soils from Selected Quarry Sites in Camarines Norte, Philippines.
