Elmer Bayani Bardon Jr. is a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a proud alumnus of this institution. He has a background as a former member of the Mechanical Engineering Department quiz team and have gained valuable experience as a Cadet Project Engineer at a manufacturing company, specifically in technical knowledge related to CNC machines and leadership abilities. Prior to pursuing a career in engineering, teaching was a long-standing passion for him, as demonstrated through mentoring classmates and working as a private tutor.
