Before joining academia, I honed my skills as a Civil Engineer at the Provincial Engineers Office at Camarines Norte Provincial Capitol from January to July 2019. This role provided me with invaluable practical experience on real-world engineering projects, preparing me for my future endeavors in both industry and academia. 

Since July 2019, I’ve been part of the Civil Engineering Department at Camarines Norte State College as an Instructor I. I enjoy using my technical and communication skills to teach and inspire future engineers. Mentoring students is a passion of mine, as it’s crucial for developing the next generation of engineering professionals. 

From October 2022 to January 2024, I served as the Director of the college’s Planning and Development Office. In this role, I was responsible for preparing and organizing the college’s operational plan, leading the development of project proposals for funding agencies, and regularly monitoring and evaluating the college’s performance for reports submitted to regulatory agencies.

Since January 2024, I’ve been working as the Director of the Intellectual Property Management Office. In this role, I focus on protecting and managing the college’s intellectual property, making sure our innovations are well-protected and utilized effectively.
