On July 3, 2023, CNSC entered a 3-year partnership with Vinzons Pilot High School (VPHS) through a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held at the CNSC OP Board Room. Represented by School Principal Dr. Teresita A. Orendain, this collaboration aims to strengthen institutional capacity and promote the development of a globally competitive knowledge economy through shared academic and extension initiatives.
