With the theme, โ€œBatch 2025 Graduates: Life Champions and Future-Ready Professionals of the 21st Century,โ€ the ceremony highlighted the institutionโ€™s commitment to nurturing students who are not only academically prepared but also socially responsible and ready to contribute meaningfully to nation-building. NSTP students from both Main and Satellite Campuses gathered with pride and fulfillment as they reflected on their transformative journey through the NSTP program.The event was formally opened by Dr. Jocelyn O. Torio, NSTP Director, whose heartfelt welcome remarks set a tone of celebration and gratitude. She commended the graduatesโ€™ dedication and acknowledged the collective effort of coordinators, implementers, and the institution in shaping students into empowered, community-oriented individuals.The ceremony was graced by our esteemed guest speaker, Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, PECE, SUC President III, who delivered an inspiring commencement address that empowered and motivated the graduates to embrace their roles as catalysts for positive change in their communities.We extend our sincerest appreciation to all NSTP implementers who tirelessly guided and mentored the students throughout their service journey. In the Transportation and Logistics Category, CNSCโ€™s team won with their project Smart Road Sentinel. The student innovatorsโ€”Mark Gabrielle B. Ong, Maria Angela Alison G. de Chavez, Paul Andre D. Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 On April 15, 2025, the Camarines Norte State College ROTC Unit conducted its Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) at the CNSC entrance pavilion. The event began with the arrival of honors, welcoming the RAATI team.The ceremonial parade marked the official start of the RAATI. Following the parade, the events included a variety of indoor and outdoor activities such as a comprehensive exam, military operational instruction (MOI), OPORD writing, company drills, assembly and disassembly of M16 rifles, first aid (both theoretical and practical), knot tying, map reading (theoretical and practical), and small unit tactics (SUT).The ceremony also featured the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, a counting of the troops, a manual of arms demonstration, and the officers’ center march.

Representing CNSC-Mercedes Campus were Paula Joy B. Oliver (2nd Year, BS Fisheries), Aiser B. Tabora (1st Year, BS Fisheries), and Anthony Bernard B. Maravillas (1st Year, BS Fisheries), mentored by Language and Literature Instructor and Coach Shena Mae D. Opeda. Their placement in the Top 10 marks a historic milestone as Mercedes Campus participated in an international academic competition for the first time. Meanwhile, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) team was composed of Niel D. Alera and Aisle Mitch D. Angara (4th Year, AB English Language Studies) and Patrick Joe C. Baรฑega (1st Year, AB ELS), under the guidance of Head Coach and ELS Program Chairperson Marianne Mae I. The event, organized by the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) Bicol Chapter, gathered the regionโ€™s most promising future educators under the theme โ€œEmpowering Tomorrowโ€™s Educators: Transforming Challenges into Opportunities.โ€ The congress aims to highlight the role of student-teachers in addressing the dynamic demands of the education sector. The second leg of the congress took place on April 2 at the Albay Astrodome in Legazpi City, featuring discussions on resilience, innovation, and adaptability in education. A major highlight of the event was the Search for the Ten Outstanding Student Teachers (TOST)โ€”a rigorous competition assessing E-portfolio submissions (25%), demonstration teaching (40%), and panel interviews (35%). CNSC Dominates TOST 2025CNSC student-teachers delivered outstanding performances in both categories of the TOST competition.In the Elementary Level, Arriane O. Trinidad, achieved remarkable success at the 2025 National Arts and Sciences Research Congress (NASRECON), which took place virtually via Zoom on February 6-7, 2025. The event, endorsed by the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC), revolved around the theme “Cultivating Academic Synergy Across Arts and Sciences,” following PASUC Advisory No. 183, s. 2024. Ms. Naomi Mari P. Calong, a 4th-year BA Sociology student, was awarded Best Oral Presenter for her research titled “Digital Consumerism and Identity Formation Among Young Adults in Camarines Norte.” Adviser: Glen Estacion. Held via Zoom, this landmark event underscores CNSCโ€™s dedication to fostering international partnerships that broaden global learning opportunities and elevate academic standards.
