De La Cruz with Executive Assistant Nicole Anne G. Panotes. It was developed in collaboration with Vice President for Research and Extension Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones, who was then the Program Chairperson of the Development Communication (DevCom) program and is now the project leader. The team also includes Dr. Melanie Bacuno, a senior faculty member of DevCom.ย The establishment of the ETIDC aims to:1. Create, develop, integrate and utilize effective tools, appropriate technologies, new techniques, online curriculum and innovative instructional design processes, and procedures using the broadcast, digital and ICT-based technologies that identify and integrates emerging technologies in the teaching and learning environment;2. Conduct teacher development and training; and3. Provide professional consultancy and technical support services on project management and project utilization and implementation related to the services of the center.4. Serve as an extension service through the airing of Project T.E.L.L.ย This grant is a significant boost to the College’s efforts to upgrade the teaching-learning environment, enhance faculty development, and ultimately improve the quality of education provided to students.

De La Cruz, (SUC President III) for use solely as a School Engineering Campus Excerpt from the Deed states: That, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the trust, and highest interest and commitment in education by the DONEE, and as an act of liberality on the part of the DONOR, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of donation the above-described property and all the rights pertaining thereto, unto the DONEE and/or successor-in-interest, the above described property free from all liens and encumbrances and charges of whatever kind subject with the following conditions: That the property donated shall be used as solely as a School Engineering Campus of the DONEE; The DONEE shall undertake to give preference in the acceptance of students who are bona fide residents of the Municipality of San Vicente, provided that said students meet all the requisite qualifications, including examinations and interviews, required for the program; That the DONEE, in coordination with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and/or any government agencies, shall initiate, prioritize, and work out for the construction of school buildings and other improvements on the said donated parcel of land; That the DONEE shall perpetually name the campus as CAMARINES NORTE STATE COLLEGE (OR UNIVERSITY OF CAMARINES NORTE) โ€œENGR. ERNESTO T. ONGโ€ CAMPUS; That within FIVE (5) YEARS from the execution of this instrument, the DONEE shall initiate the construction of the necessary buildings and other improvements for the operation of the Campus and take steps to secure the corresponding certificate of title under its name; That failure of the DONEE to comply with any of the aforesaid conditions, the ownership over the said real properties, together with any improvements existing thereon at the time of revocation, shall revert to the DONOR as if this donation has not been executed. The Deed of Donation was signed in the presence of the representatives of the donor, to wit, Honorable Ma. Jhoanna C. Ong (Municipal Mayor, San Vicente), Honorable Vivian M. Villamor (Municipal Vice Mayor, San Vicente), Honorable Analet G. Villamin, PhD (Municipal Councilor / Chair, Committee on Education), and Atty. Lyndon G. Timpug (Municipal Administrator). Dr. Maria Cristina C. Azuelo, (Vice President for Admin and Finance), Dr. Dolores C. Volante (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones, (Vice President for Research and Extension), and Engr. Aireen M. Babagay signed for CNSC. Deans and directors and heads of offices of the College witnessed the signing of the Deed.

CNSC’s entry, featuring the creative briefs “Coke Songbook” and “Most Wanted,” stood out among numerous submissions worldwide. The team behind this campaign includes: Eunice Angela D. Ang (2nd Year) โ€“ Leader/Director/Writer Mark Russel G. Obal (2nd Year) โ€“ Assistant Director/Writer Roan Mea R. Payapag (2nd Year) โ€“ Technical Director/Writer Diana Cadaviz (1st Year) โ€“ Production Manager/Writer John Karl Will O. Jazmin (2nd Year) โ€“ Assistant Production Manager/Writer The competition is organized by the School of Continuing Education Hong Kong Baptist University in collaboration with Ogilvy. The final pitching of the teamโ€™s creative brief is scheduled on April 1, 2025 (Tuesday), via Zoom, where they will present their campaign in a 20-minute pitch session.

Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC Pagsasanay sa Masinop na Pagsulat at Pagsasaling-Wika, Isinasagawa sa CNSC By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Isinasagawa ngayon sa Camarines Norte State College ang dalawang araw na pagsasanay na pinamagatang Luntian: Pagsasanay sa Masinop na Pagsulat, Korespondensyang Opisyal, at Pagsasaling-Wika ngayong Marso 24-25, 2025. Ang programa ay inorganisa ng CNSC-Sentro ng Wika at Kultura (SWK), katuwang ang Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal (DILG), at ginaganap sa CAS Development Communication Laboratory ng CNSC. Ang pagsasanay na ito ay nilalahukan ng mga kawani mula sa iba’t ibang bayan ng Camarines Norte upang mapalakas ang kanilang kasanayan pagsulat, paggawa ng opisyal na korespondensya, at pagsasaling-wika mula Ingles patungong Filipino at vice versa. Pinangungunahan ito ng mga eksperto mula sa Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) na nagbibigay ng malalimang talakayan at interaktibong workshop. Ayon kay Dok. Rose Ann DP. Aler, pinuno ng CNSC-Sentro ng Wika at Kultura, ang programang ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang sa pagpapalakas ng tamang paggamit ng wika sa opisyal na dokumentasyon ng mga lingkod-bayan. Sa pamamagitan ng mga workshop, mas nagiging bihasa ang mga kalahok sa pagsusulat ng mahahalagang dokumento, pagwawasto ng sulatin, at pagsasalin ng opisyal na teksto upang mapabuti ang kalidad ng pampublikong komunikasyon
