OLALO, PHD ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IV Educational Attainment ● PHD IN ENERGY ENGINEERING (2016 – 2021) ● MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MAJOR IN ENERGY ENGINEERING (2011 – 2013) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2004-2007) About Engr. Joselito A. Olalo is a licensed mechanical engineer who graduated from the Technological University of the Philippines – Taguig. Before pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he worked as a technician in a semiconductor company in Laguna. After graduating, he took on a role as a mechanical designer and cadet design engineer at a Japanese firm. He later pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Energy Engineering, at the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. While working towards his master’s degree, he also taught as a mechanical engineering faculty member at TUP-Taguig. In 2015, he joined Camarines Norte State College as a faculty member. After a year of service, he applied for a study leave to pursue a PhD in Energy Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman, which he completed from 2016 to 2021. His areas of expertise include energy engineering, mechanical design, chemical engineering, pyrolysis, and waste-to-energy conversion. He has numerous publications in Scopus and Web of Science Indexed journals, primarily focusing on pyrolysis. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the College of Engineering at Camarines Norte State College and serves as the Head of FabManLab under the Office of the Vice President for Research and Extension.

RALA INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2010 – 2015) About Engr. Jeric Joshua Rala is a licensed Mechanical Engineer since 2015. He actively practices his profession in his first year as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction company in Mandaluyong but then decided to work abroad as Equipment Engineer in an Electro-Mechanical company called King Yuan Electronics Company, Incorporated in Taiwan for six (6) years straight from 2017 to 2023. Now, he’s been employed as one of the college’s Engineering Instructor and now sharing his knowledge and experiences to instruct and inspire our aspiring Engineers to acquire not only the engineering skills they needed but to become an ethically honed Engineer.
