Balmaceda is a faculty member in English Language Studies and Development Communication programs. She published her first journal article in 2017, which is indexed in the Asean Citation Index. She teaches major subjects in both disciplines. Currently,  she is working on Indigenous Studies.

Avila is a dedicated Assistant Professor at Camarines Norte State College (CNSC), where her academic expertise spans Literary Studies, Communication Laws and Ethics, and Sociology of Mass Communication. Her teaching philosophy integrates critical analysis with ethical inquiry, empowering students to navigate the complexities of media and society. Beyond the classroom, Rhodaviv holds significant administrative roles at CNSC, demonstrating her commitment to student welfare and academic excellence. As the Director of the Office of Student Services and Development, she oversees initiatives that promote holistic student growth and well-being. Her leadership extends to the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Unit, ensuring equitable access to education through various funding opportunities. Rhodaviv also heads the Admissions Office, where she drives efforts to attract diverse and talented individuals to CNSC. In addition to her academic and administrative responsibilities, Rhodaviv is deeply engaged in research that explores the intersections of comics studies, gender studies, and inclusivity studies. Her scholarly work examines how visual narratives shape cultural identities and challenge societal norms, contributing to a more inclusive understanding of media representation.

Olvido is an enthusiastic and dedicated licensed professional educator, holding a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, reflecting her passion and deep  commitment to fostering a transformative learning experience and educational practices likewise tapping into the interdisciplinary aspects of biological science education.   Driven by her belief in lifelong learning, she is furthering academic pursuits with a Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology. A woman of faith finding solace in expressing herself on diverse interests with a flair for culinary arts, passion for music and playing instruments. Her journey is enriched by a love for nature. She is an optimist and strives to make a positive impact and support others in their educational and personal growth journeys.
