MANILA, MBA Instructor I / Extension Coordinator / BSOA Department About She completed her undergraduate degree at Camarines Norte State College – Main Campus in 2016. She pursued a Master in Business Administration at the University of Nueva Caceres from 2019 to 2022. She improved her linguistic skills by taking a Basic Japanese Language course at Phil-Nippon Technical College in 2017. Her commitment to studying the language and comprehending its cultural nuances continued in 2016 when she enrolled in the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority’s (TESDA) Japanese Language and Culture program. From 2019 to 2020. She worked as a part-time Japanese Language Instructor at Camarines Norte State College. She progressed to Instructor I at the same university where she teaches and is currently the Extension Coordinator at Camarines Norte State College’s College of Business and Public Administration. She is in designing extension programs, encouraging faculty involvement in community outreach, and overseeing project implementation in this role.

Many baffled with her attitude as she possessed a brave and righteous character but knowing her deeply she is a soft-hearted person. Her previous employment mold her to be a person with discipline, honesty and dignity in work.  She joined the academic community for the past 5 years and actively involved in conducting research in the field of business, human resource, environment and other areas of social science. Currently she is the Research Coordinator of the College of Business and Public Administration and the organization advisers of the Junior Peoples’ Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) CNSC Chapter and the CNSC Eco Green Youth Advocates (CNSC-EGYA).

She also conduct herself in a manner that shows the public that she is ethical and trustworthy. She is a degree holder of a Bachelor in Public Administration and took Methods of Teaching in Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation and now pursuing her masters degree in Master of Public Administration at Bicol University. After working in government agency for five (5) years, she then realized that she wants to pursue her passion to touch young hearts and teach young minds. She was formerly a Secondary teacher teaching subjects under the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand for two (2) years and now an Instructor I at Camarines Norte State College under College of Business and Public Administration teaching public administration courses. All her learnings and industry experienced were all impart to her students in an ethical manner.

GENNEVIE L. ELEP, MAT, MBA

ELEP, MAT, MBA Assistant Professor IV BSHM Program Chairperson About She holds an Assistant Professor IV position and is currently the Program Chairperson of the Hospitality Management Department under the College of Business and Public Administration. She graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in BS Food Technology. She earned a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2010 and a Master in Business Administration in 2021 at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Naga Campus (now BISCAST) and Camarines Norte State College, respectively. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge, demonstrated by her ongoing Doctor in Business Administration studies at Ateneo de Naga University under the CHED SIKAP Scholarship, reflects a commitment to personal and professional growth. Asst Prof. Elep took the Fundamentals in Culinary Arts Course at the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA) to further enhance her skills. She also holds Bread and Pastry Production NC II (BPP NC II) and Trainers Methodology I (TM I) and is a licensed professional teacher. Her diverse skill set, ranging from food technology to business administration and culinary arts, enriches the academic environment and prepares students for success in the dynamic field of hospitality management. Asst Prof. Elep brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the food industry, showcasing a seamless transition into academia. Her dedication to upholding the highest standards in both processes and outputs remains a driving force in her current position.
