It was a great self-fulfillment and achievement for him to inspire everyone that a graduate of CNSC is now teaching at his Alma Mater, He has been teaching for almost 4 years at the Higher Education of Camarines Norte -Camarines Norte State College- College of Trades and Technology with the rank of Instructor I and teaches a major subject in automotive where he graduated from the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in automotive year 2016. Prior to entering the Teaching Profession, he worked as a Motorcycle Mechanic at Euro-Corsa Cycle Enterprise in Quezon City. He was later employed by a former DENSO product dealer in the Philippines – the Aire- Den Philippines which is now Den- Aire Incorporated as a junior technician in car air-conditioning for almost 3 years. Therefore he took his values, expertise, and knowledge with him when he went back to Bicol to work as an aircon mechanic and chief technician at Trufit Auto Center, Daet, Camarines Norte. Months after, in the year 2020 he was hired/employed as Automotive Instructor I under Contract of Service at Camarines Norte State College -Jose Panganiban Campus. It was then a year break-out of the Pandemic. It took a challenge for him to teach hands-on activities on related subjects especially in automotive because of the online mode of learning but this is also the beginning of his earning 21 units of Professional Education from Mabini Colleges, Inc., Daet, Camarines Norte in the year 2021. Years after, he got his new National certificate from TESDA for Driving NCII. He passed and got his license as a Professional Teacher from the Professional Regulation Commission and earned 15 units at Bicol University in master degree under Master of Arts in Industrial Education Program majoring in Instructional Technology. He has so many trainings and seminars held by the institution and learned a lot more experience from his fellow co-employees and colleagues. Now, he prioritizes his wife and son’s welfare first while also striving for professional success. His goal is to achieve the completion of his master’s degree equipping him with advanced knowledge and skills in his field and imparting this wealth of expertise to the students. He wants to empower them to not only pass the NC2 in the automotive field but also to thrive in the dynamic world of work.

PUSE INSTRUCTOR I Educational Attainment Master of Technology (On-Going) Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (2013-2017) About Ponciano J. Puse Jr. is currently pursuing a Master of Technology at the Technological University of the Philippines, while his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology was attained at the Camarines Norte State College. He serves as an Instructor I at CNSC-COTT, serving since January 2018 and recently with a contract of service since January 2024. Among his many roles are Unit Secretary, Internal QMS Auditor, Research Coordinator, and Student Services and Development Coordinator. He has made several national and international paper presentations to conferences, among them Awards for Best Oral Presentation at TRICE 2021 and Best Oral Research Presenter at the 11th ICMR. He has had research published in reputable journals, including studies about ICT-based needs assessments and research capabilities in technical education. With regards to the development of expertise, he is currently participating in various seminars and workshops, more particularly on ISO implementation, research methodologies, and digital teaching strategies. He has been a member of professional associations of repute like PAIR and was recognized as a Research Publication Awardee from CNSC.
