OLALO, PHD ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IV Educational Attainment ● PHD IN ENERGY ENGINEERING (2016 – 2021) ● MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MAJOR IN ENERGY ENGINEERING (2011 – 2013) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2004-2007) About Engr. Joselito A. Olalo is a licensed mechanical engineer who graduated from the Technological University of the Philippines – Taguig. Before pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he worked as a technician in a semiconductor company in Laguna. After graduating, he took on a role as a mechanical designer and cadet design engineer at a Japanese firm. He later pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Energy Engineering, at the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. While working towards his master’s degree, he also taught as a mechanical engineering faculty member at TUP-Taguig. In 2015, he joined Camarines Norte State College as a faculty member. After a year of service, he applied for a study leave to pursue a PhD in Energy Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman, which he completed from 2016 to 2021. His areas of expertise include energy engineering, mechanical design, chemical engineering, pyrolysis, and waste-to-energy conversion. He has numerous publications in Scopus and Web of Science Indexed journals, primarily focusing on pyrolysis. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the College of Engineering at Camarines Norte State College and serves as the Head of FabManLab under the Office of the Vice President for Research and Extension.

ENGR. JERIC JOSHUA L. RALA

RALA INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2010 – 2015) About Engr. Jeric Joshua Rala is a licensed Mechanical Engineer since 2015. He actively practices his profession in his first year as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction company in Mandaluyong but then decided to work abroad as Equipment Engineer in an Electro-Mechanical company called King Yuan Electronics Company, Incorporated in Taiwan for six (6) years straight from 2017 to 2023. Now, he’s been employed as one of the college’s Engineering Instructor and now sharing his knowledge and experiences to instruct and inspire our aspiring Engineers to acquire not only the engineering skills they needed but to become an ethically honed Engineer.

ENGR. ELMER Jr. B. BARDON

INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2018 – 2022) About Elmer Bayani Bardon Jr. is a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a proud alumnus of this institution. He has a background as a former member of the Mechanical Engineering Department quiz team and have gained valuable experience as a Cadet Project Engineer at a manufacturing company, specifically in technical knowledge related to CNC machines and leadership abilities. Prior to pursuing a career in engineering, teaching was a long-standing passion for him, as demonstrated through mentoring classmates and working as a private tutor.

ENGR. MARK NIEL M. BACUÑO

BACUÑO INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2022 – Present) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2008 – 2013) About Mark Niel M. Bacuño is a licensed mechanical engineer with a rich background in the industry. He spent five years specializing in piping design within the oil and gas and mining sectors, where he honed his technical skills and contributed to numerous projects. Following this, he transitioned to the water utility industry, working for two years as a supervisor. In this role, he managed the operation and maintenance of water filtration systems, ensuring efficient and reliable water services. Currently, he brings his extensive industry experience to academe as a college instructor in the College of Engineering. His practical knowledge and hands-on expertise provide valuable insights to his students, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.

ENGR. BRYAN B. MORCOSO

MORCOSO INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2024 – Present) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2014 – 2019) About Engr. Bryan B. Morcoso is a licensed mechanical engineer with a rich background in the industry. He spent four years specializing in design and fabrication industry within the Philippines. Started as a Junior Product Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, Junior Design Engineer and before coming academe resigned as a Senior Design Engineer. Currently, he brings his extensive industry experience to academe as a college instructor in the College of Engineering. His practical knowledge and hands-on expertise provide valuable insights to his students, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.

ENGR. PETER CLYDE B. LAMADRID

LAMADRID INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2018 – 2022) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2010 – 2015) • BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2007 – 2010) About Peter Clyde Lamadrid from Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Philippines, is a registered mechanical engineer. He completed his primary education at Vinzons Pilot Elementary School and his secondary education at Vinzons Pilot High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. In 2015, he passed the licensure examination for Registered Mechanical Engineers. He began his graduate studies in 2018 at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), finished in 2022 Master of Engineering with a major in Mechanical Engineering. His areas of expertise include engineering design (HVAC, Fire Protection and Safety, and CAD). Additionally, he is a Certified Safety Officer III. Since 2017, he has been a faculty member at the Camarines Norte State College – College of Engineering.

ENGR. ASER N. DINO

PROFESSOR IV Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING About Aser N. Dino is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Engineering degree. He also attended the Specialist Teacher’s Training on Mechatronics Engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore from April to May 2010. He began his career with a year in the semiconductor industry as a maintenance engineer. In 2002, he transitioned to academe as an Instructor 1. From 2004 to 2006, he served as the dean of the College of Engineering and Industrial Technology, which is now known as the College of Engineering in the main campus. Currently, he holds the rank of Assistant Professor IV and has been serving as the Physical Plant Director since July 2022. Additionally, he is a member of the Bids and Awards Committee of this college.

ENGR. MYRINE YSOBELLE S. SIOCO

SIOCO COS – INSTRUCTOR Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING 2022-2024 • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING 2012-2017 About Myrine is a Registered Electrical Engineer, Registered Master Electrician, and a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Master of Engineering degree from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (2017) from Camarines Norte State College. She is also a certified Safety Officer II. In 2017, she began her career at Johayaja Builders as an AutoCAD Designer, specializing in commercial and residential building designs. Subsequently, she joined the government sector in 2019, working as an Engineer II at the Department of Health – Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) MIMAROPA, where she focused on vaccine-preventable diseases and logistics management. Her expertise expanded as a Safety Officer at LAMB Electrical Engineering Services in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, Myrine joined as a faculty member at Camarines Norte State College’s College of Engineering’s Electrical Engineering Department as a contract of service (COS). Myrine is currently committed to her profession as a faculty member, inspiring and educating aspiring engineers.

ENGR. LOREIMAY B. ANDAYA

ANDAYA INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING 2020-PRESENT • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING 2014-2019 About Loreimay Andaya is a Registered Electrical Engineer from Labo, Camarines Norte, Philippines. She was born on May 16, 1998. She completed her primary education at Regino A. Yet Elementary School and secondary education at Jose Panganiban National High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at Camarines Norte State College-Main Campus in 2019. She passed the licensure examination for Registered Electrical Engineer in 2019. She is pursuing her graduate studies at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), taking up a Master of Engineering. Before shifting as an instructor, she worked as a Testing Coordinator in Meralco Energy Services Inc. (Mserv) at Valenzuela City wherein she was responsible for quality testing of different personnel protective equipment (PPE) and distribution working equipment (DWE) that Meralco’s lineman and employees will use. Since January 2020, she has been a faculty member at Camarines Norte State College – College of Engineering, where she shares her knowledge, experience, and expertise to help develop the next generation of engineers. She currently serves as the college’s research coordinator, graduating class adviser, and a member of the project monitoring committee.

VILLASANTA INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2017 – 2023) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (2009 – 2014) About I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems. I have a strong background in electrical maintenance as well as in installation of ATS, synchronizing panels and different controls in a substation I garnered this experience from 2014-2017 before I entered in academe. Since 2018 up to present I’ve been part of the College of Engineering, Electrical Department in Camarines Norte State College as an instructor I. I enjoy using my technical and communication skills to teach and inspire future engineers. Mentoring students is a passion of mine, as it’s crucial for developing the next generation of engineering professionals. In my free time currently practice my profession in working on collaborative projects in electrical engineering field.
