NICART, DIT Assistant Professor IV Educational Attainment Doctor in Information Technology (2016-2019) Master in Information Technology (2012-2015) BS in Computer Science (2000-2003) About Edgar Bryan B. Nicart is a faculty of Camarines Norte State College from Daet, Camarines Norte under the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies. He is fully engaged in research and an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. He has published papers in Scopus-indexed, non-ISI international and local journals under multidisciplinary areas from Deep learning, Computer Vision, Educational Technologies, and various articles. He has been involved in DOST projects under PCAARRD and another one with DOST-PCIEERD as project leader and innovator related to computer vision, image processing, mobile applications, data analytics, and recommender systems. He is also an advocate of smart and precision agriculture, educational technology, and geo-spatial studies.

BIGUERAS, DIT Associate Professor II Educational Attainment Doctor of Information Technology (2017-2020) Master in Information Technology (2012-2015) BS in Computer Science (1995-1999) About Rosemarie T. Bigueras is a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies at Camarines Norte State College in the Philippines, specializing in computer studies and technology. She is currently a program chairperson in the BSIT program. Her expertise includes information system development, mobile applications, data analytics, and natural language processing. She actively contributes to research and publications specialized in Information Technology, published in reputable, peer-reviewed journals and indexed by Scopus, and, is also an Associate Member of the  National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP).

Maligat Jr. is a faculty member at Camarines Norte State College in the Philippines, specializing in computer studies. His expertise includes SMS gateway, intelligent systems, digital signal processing, sentiment analysis, digital education, and mobile game-based learning. He has been actively involved in research and has contributed to various publications in these fields.
