Before entering the academe, she worked as accountant of private companies in which she experienced the complex world of accounting. She is steadfast in teaching accountancy courses to all aspirant CPAs. She thrives to balance her professional life with her family duties, as wife and a mother of two.  She inspires people around her by pushing them to move forward with faith in whatever circumstances.

ALARCON, MSHRM Instructor I / Disability Inclusion and Indigenous People Officer (DIIPO) / BSHM Department About This versatile woman loves to mingle with different walks of life. Her purpose in life is to be an educator, wife and mother of her children. She is a degree holder of Bachelor in Food Service Management and Master of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management earned at Philippine Women’s University – Manila. Currently, an Instructor I of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management under the College of Business and Public Administration department. With regards to her industry experience, she was a former Human Resource Officer in a well-known restaurant in Bicol. From recruiting, hiring, training, retaining and motivating of employees; these gained experiences were all impart to her students. Just like the meaning of hospitality, she possesses an attitude of heart. Living in a hospitable life finds joy and interconnectedness. A way of life that transcends boundaries, cultivating compassion, trust and community.

Currently an instructor of the College of Business and Public Administration and the chairperson of the Student Development Unit His formal education includes a Diploma in Information Technology, Bachelor in Business Administration major in Financial Management, Master in Business Administration, and pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration degree. A former corporate employee overseas dealing with tasks which are financial in nature. A former entrepreneur. A former educator in a private Higher Education Institution. A man always in pursuit of a purpose. He realized how vital education is as the foundation of the young people to achieve success in all undertakings set before them. Thus, making his greatest goal to nurture them to blossom into well-rounded, responsible and successful individuals.  

GEHANA D. LAMUG, DBA

LAMUG, DBA Dean / Associate Professor III About She is an Associate Professor I, a researcher and an extensionist. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Entrepreneurial Management, Master in Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration. She is the current Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration and program chairperson of Master in Business Administration. She became a faculty lecturer in Petra Christian University, Surabaya, Indonesia during the Asia Summer Program in 2019. From working in a corporate world of telecommunications, she became one of the agents of change by developing future entrepreneurs. She is teaching entrepreneurship courses, a gender and development advocate, a mother of two and a passionate woman in all the things she works on. She aims to influence other people positively through teaching, research and community undertakings.
