VILLASANTA INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2017 – 2023) • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (2009 – 2014) About I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems. I have a strong background in electrical maintenance as well as in installation of ATS, synchronizing panels and different controls in a substation I garnered this experience from 2014-2017 before I entered in academe. Since 2018 up to present I’ve been part of the College of Engineering, Electrical Department in Camarines Norte State College as an instructor I. I enjoy using my technical and communication skills to teach and inspire future engineers. Mentoring students is a passion of mine, as it’s crucial for developing the next generation of engineering professionals. In my free time currently practice my profession in working on collaborative projects in electrical engineering field.

DE MESA, ME INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • MASTER OF ENGINEERING 2022-2024 • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING 2014-2019 About Janica Mae Concordia-de Mesa is a registered electrical engineer from Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. She was born on January 31, 1998. She took her primary education at Daet Elementary School and secondary education at Camarines Norte State College- Laboratory High School. For her tertiary education, she finished her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at the Camarines Norte State College- Main Campus. She passed the licensure examination for Registered Electrical Engineer in 2019. In 2022, she started her graduate studies at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), taking up a Master of Engineering. She graduated in 2024 as Magna Cum Laude. She is a loving mother and wife. She is a Camarines Norte State College – College of Engineering faculty from 2022.

JENEFER L.CABINGAN INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment ● BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING 2012 About .Jenefer Lovenario Cabingan is a dedicated professional with a rich and extensive experience in the engineering field She was born on August 30, 1985. She began her academic journey at Sooc Elementary School and continued at Villazar High School. In 2012, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Mapúa University. With 15 years of industry experience, she has spent the last 7 years as a Research and Development Specialist and Supervisor in the Engineering Department of an automotive company. In 2023, she transitioned to academia, taking on the role of Engineering Faculty at Camarines Norte State College, where she shares her expertise and passion for engineering with the next generation of students.

CAS INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING (1981-1985) About I am an  Electronics Engineer with a passion for exploring new technology and  innovative solutions to complex problems. I have a  background in electronics engineering both in the field of  equipment engineering  maintenance as well as process engineering . My expertise  is in the field of microprocessor and microcontroller design and development of automation. I have also an intensive experience in PLC programming and maintenance for various semiconductor machineries during my 15 years un semiconductor companies. Since 2020 up to present I’ve been part of the College of Engineering, Electrical Department in Camarines Norte State College as an instructor I. I enjoy using my technical and communication skills to teach and inspire future engineers. Mentoring students is a passion of mine, as it’s crucial for developing the next generation of engineering professionals. ENGR. NOLI Jr. M. ESPERAS

INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment ● MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2018 – 2024) ● BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (2012 – 2017) About Engr. Noli M. Esperas Jr. is a Registered Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician, holding a Master of Engineering degree from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Camarines Norte State College. Currently, he serves as a faculty member in the College of Engineering at Camarines Norte State College. Additionally, he works as a part-time college instructor at Camarines Norte School of Law. His expertise is in teaching mathematics and engineering science, leading to the development of numerous copyrighted instructional materials in Chemistry for Engineers and Physics for Engineers. His research interests focused on electrochemistry. He has had opportunities to present his research papers at international and national conferences. His works have earned a certification of registrations from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines for utility models and industrial designs. He is a Gintong Parangal 2023 awardee for Best Innovative Design in the Industrial Design category. Beyond academic and research pursuits, he is an active member of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers and has served as an officer for the Camarines Norte Chapter since 2022. This involvement shows his dedication to supporting and advancing the electrical engineering professional community.

ENGR. AILEEN S. LLADOC

LLADOC Assistant Professor III Educational Attainment • Master of Engineering Major in Electrical Engineering January 2024 – present • Master in Engineering Technology 2014 • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering 2000 – 2005 About Engr. Aileen S. Lladoc is a Registered Electrical Engineer, currently serving as a faculty member at the institution where she completed her education. Since graduating and passing the licensure examination in 2006, Engr. Lladoc has been imparting knowledge and expertise to students in the field of electrical engineering and has been involved in developing and delivering comprehensive courses in electrical engineering, engaging in continuous curriculum improvement to keep up with the latest advancements in the field, and fostering partnerships with industries. These partnerships facilitate internship programs and collaborative projects that provide students with real-world experience. Engr. Lladoc believes in a student-centered approach to education, focusing on practical applications of theoretical knowledge. By incorporating real-world examples and hands-on learning experiences, Engr. Floradelle Vega has been a dedicated instructor at Camarines Norte State College for eleven years, where she has helped shape the academic journey of undergraduate students in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Engineering. She began her career at the Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences from 2013 to 2019, during which she also served in the College of Education from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, she transitioned to the College of Engineering, where she continues to teach. Throughout her tenure, Engr. Vega has been actively involved in advising theses for both undergraduate and graduate students, primarily in the field of engineering. She has actively engaged in research and extension activities, contributing to the advancement of her field and the betterment of the community. Engr. Vega has held various key roles within the institution, including her current positions as the Extension Coordinator of the College of Engineering for nearly six years and the newly appointed Head of the Innovation and Development Office.

Richelle C. Vedad is a visionary in the field of civil engineering and education, committed to excellence, innovation, and service. Professionally, she worked as a Project Engineer for two years before joining the Civil Engineering Department at Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) in 2009, where she continues to inspire future engineers. Her research interests include multivariate grey forecasting model with convolution integral, showcasing a drive for advanced analytical techniques. Combining academic rigor, professional expertise, and a deep passion for teaching, she is dedicated to advancing the field of civil engineering and making meaningful contributions to both academia and industry.

ENGR. JALENE MAY P. DE LEON

DE LEON INSTRUCTOR 1 Educational Attainment ● MASTER OF ENGINEERING (2nd Sem, AY 2021 – 2022 to present) ● BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (2010 – 2015) About Jalene May P. De Leon is a licensed Civil Engineer and registered Master Plumber with over 2 years of experience in academia. In 2015, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Camarines Norte State College. Currently, pursuing a master’s degree at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. From 2016 to 2019, she worked at Coogee International Development Inc, a general contractor in Parañaque City, as quantity surveyor. As a quantity surveyor, she is responsible for estimating the project cost to bid, do claims if there is additional work in an on-going project, evaluate the sub-contractor billing and attend pre-bid meetings for upcoming projects. From 2019 to 2020, she worked at Devex Inc., a quadruple A construction company located at Mandaluyong City as Cost Engineer. As cost engineer, she prepares the project budget for cost control, does a monthly cost report to monitor if the project is within the budget, requests quotations from different suppliers for material and labor cost to determine which supplier fits the budget cost on specific item/activities and processes request materials needed on site. In 2021, she will become part of the Engineering Department at Camarines Norte State College as college instructor where she can share her knowledge, expertise and experiences in the engineering industry with the next generation of engineers.

ENGR. AILENE D. BENDICIO

CERENO INSTRUCTOR III Educational Attainment ● Master of Engineering 2020 – 2022 ● Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2013 – 2018 About Before joining academia, I honed my skills as a Civil Engineer at the Provincial Engineers Office at Camarines Norte Provincial Capitol from January to July 2019. This role provided me with invaluable practical experience on real-world engineering projects, preparing me for my future endeavors in both industry and academia.  Since July 2019, I’ve been part of the Civil Engineering Department at Camarines Norte State College as an Instructor I. I enjoy using my technical and communication skills to teach and inspire future engineers. Mentoring students is a passion of mine, as it’s crucial for developing the next generation of engineering professionals.  From October 2022 to January 2024, I served as the Director of the college’s Planning and Development Office. In this role, I was responsible for preparing and organizing the college’s operational plan, leading the development of project proposals for funding agencies, and regularly monitoring and evaluating the college’s performance for reports submitted to regulatory agencies. Since January 2024, I’ve been working as the Director of the Intellectual Property Management Office. In this role, I focus on protecting and managing the college’s intellectual property, making sure our innovations are well-protected and utilized effectively.
