Her passion lies in the arts, particularly painting, and I find solace in expressing myself through poetry, with a favorite piece titled “Do Not Love Half Lovers” by Khalil Gibran. Dr. Arellano has a passion for research because it deepens her understanding of human behavior and fulfills her innate curiosity about the world. Family is at the center of her universe, as she cherishes her role as a spouse and parent to two wonderful children. Holding a Master’s degree and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Language and Literacy Development from Ateneo De Naga University, she brings a rich academic background to her role at Camarines Norte State College. Ms. Carmona’s dedication to fostering a love for Literature in her students is evident through her innovative teaching strategies that go beyond rote learning, making the subject engaging and meaningful.
