Arnel V. Sazon was hired as a Contract of Service (COS) Instructor on August 24, 2020, under the Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT) Department in the CNSC Labo Campus. He passed the Career Service Examination Professional of CSC (2003) and the Licensure Examination for Agriculturists (LEA) of PRC (2017).

He was designated Animal Production Manager and Layer Project In-Charge in the Production Division of Labo Campus. He is also one of the proponents of four approved project proposals in the Income Generating Project (IGP) of the institution and one project proposal with DA-ACEF.
