Spencer S. Saludes is a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies in Camarines Norte State College. He serves as Student Services and Development Coordinator. He has a strong academic background in information technology and a deep understanding of business processes. Additionally, he possess expertise in areas such as database management, systems analysis and design, software development, and information security.  Skilled at bridging the gap between technology and business, enabling them to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic field of information systems.
