Edgar Bryan B. Nicart is a faculty of Camarines Norte State College from Daet, Camarines Norte under the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies. He is fully engaged in research and an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. He has published papers in Scopus-indexed, non-ISI international and local journals under multidisciplinary areas from Deep learning, Computer Vision, Educational Technologies, and various articles. He has been involved in DOST projects under PCAARRD and another one with DOST-PCIEERD as project leader and innovator related to computer vision, image processing, mobile applications, data analytics, and recommender systems. He is also an advocate of smart and precision agriculture, educational technology, and geo-spatial studies.
