Rosemarie T. Bigueras is a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies at Camarines Norte State College in the Philippines, specializing in computer studies and technology. She is currently a program chairperson in the BSIT program. Her expertise includes information system development, mobile applications, data analytics, and natural language processing. She actively contributes to research and publications specialized in Information Technology, published in reputable, peer-reviewed journals and indexed by Scopus, and, is also an Associate Member of the  National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP).
