About the College
The College of Trades and Technology, formerly known as the Camarines Norte School of Arts and Trade (CNSAT), serves as a satellite campus of the Camarines Norte State College (CNSC). This institution is situated in the town proper of Jose Panganiban, within the same province. Established during the early 1970s, the college was organized with the primary objective of developing manpower skills and producing highly trained professionals in the fields of arts and trades. This initiative aimed to address the growing demand for skilled labor and to contribute to the economic development of the region. Spanning a land area of 8.8960 hectares, the College of Trades and Technology offers a range of programs and courses designed to equip students with practical and technical expertise. Over the years, it has evolved into a significant educational institution, playing a crucial role in the community by providing quality education and fostering the growth of a skilled workforce.
Director of the College
LOVEWISERLYN O. DE LA CRUZ, MAIE
The President DR. MARLO M. DE LA CRUZ, PECE designated Lovewiserlyn De La Cruz as the Campus Director of CoTT, effective last October 25, 2022, up to date. She is an esteemed faculty member known for her immense expertise and dedication in the field of Food Trades Technology and Instructional Technology. With a decade of teaching experience, she has shaped countless young minds and inspired students.
Her research interest includes product development, which was also granted by IPOPHIL’ various Utility Models includes Sweet potato-Malunggay Pandesal and Kropeck products (malunggay, squash, carrots and lapu-lapu). She is also involved in research related to Future’s Thinking, thus providing her a wide array to immerse herself in research and extension activities.
Beyond her dedication to teaching, passion for research and extension activities she is committed to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students.
Dean of the College
JEROME H. BALDEMORO, PH.D.
Assumed the position of the Dean of the College of Trades and Technology last February 19, 2024. He is a dedicated academic and education specialist currently serving as the Dean of the COTT at Camarines Norte State College. Dr. Baldemoro has a rich background in teaching, including previous roles at institutions like Ateneo de Naga University. His academic interests span educational management, curriculum development, and community engagement. In his community involvement, Dr. Baldemoro focuses on initiatives that promote educational access, enhance learning environments, and foster partnerships between international and local stakeholders.

GOALS
The College of Trades and Technology shall develop and produce competitive work force in the fields of technology and technical vocational education who are globally, nationally, and internationally responsive to the needs of the changing demands of the educational and industry sector.
OBJECTIVES
- To develop industry demand and educational system responsive curricular programs along industrial technology and technical vocational education;
- To provide higher and advanced quality technical vocational education and training for holistic development of future technical vocational educators and industrial technologist;
- To hone personal, social, ethical, technical, and practical qualities of future industrial technologist and technical vocational educators to ensure productive and valuable citizens for the global industry arena;
- To train future industrial technologist and technical vocational educators in the application of research and development in innovation to meet the community’s problems and needs through transfer and extension of technology developed; and
- encourage technology commercialization through technopreneurship among future industrial technologist and technical vocational educators.
