The Camarines Norte State College atmosphere was vibrant and filled with excitement as the institution celebrated its much-anticipated College Welcome Day. This event marked a significant beginning for first-year students, transferees, and returning students, all eager to embark on the new academic year. The Welcome Day saw enthusiastic participation from students and CNSC personnel headed by College President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, who came together to ensure a warm and inclusive welcome for their academic family’s new and returning members.
Highlights of the event were the oath-taking ceremonies for the newly elected officers of the Union of Supreme Student Government (USSG) and reading of the Journalist’s Creed by the Breakthrough staffers. This year’s Welcome Day not only served as the starting line for the academic journey of many students but also as a celebration of unity, ambition, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
