CNSC and PLGU-CN Seal Partnership for Project TELL V.2.0
A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) and the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte (PLGU-CN) was held today at the Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol, Daet, Camarines Norte. The agreement establishes a partnership through DWCN 96.9 Radyo Pilipinas as a key media ally for Project TELL V.2.0, supporting CNSC’s institutional extension agenda, DISKARTE 2.0.
This collaboration aims to enhance the delivery of training and learning initiatives by maximizing the use of mixed media and digital platforms—ensuring broader reach, increased engagement, and sustainable community education and development.
