Today, March 19, 2025, Camarines Norte State College officially sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), strengthening its international academic partnerships. This collaboration paves the way for students and faculty to engage in global learning, research, and professional development.
