Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC 10,000,000.00 Peso Grant Awarded to CNSC By: CNSC Office of the President, 2025 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 expresses its gratitude to the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗) through the efforts and support of  𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗝. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗼 “𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘆” 𝗘. 𝗗𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗜𝗜 and Commissioner Ethel Agnes P. Valenzuela for the grant awarded to the project titled “𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗗𝗖) 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲”, amounting to ₱𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎. This grant is provided under the Office of Planning, Research, and Knowledge Management (OPRKM) – Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG), funded by the Higher Education Development Fund (HEDF). This project was initiated and conceptualized by the Office of the President, led by College President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz with Executive Assistant Nicole Anne G. Panotes. It was developed in collaboration with Vice President for Research and Extension Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones, who was then the Program Chairperson of the Development Communication (DevCom) program and is now the project leader. The team also includes Dr. Melanie Bacuno, a senior faculty member of DevCom. The establishment of the ETIDC aims to:1. Create, develop, integrate and utilize effective tools, appropriate technologies, new techniques, online curriculum and innovative instructional design processes, and procedures using the broadcast, digital and ICT-based technologies that identify and integrates emerging technologies in the teaching and learning environment;2. Conduct teacher development and training; and3. Provide professional consultancy and technical support services on project management and project utilization and implementation related to the services of the center.4. Serve as an extension service through the airing of Project T.E.L.L. This grant is a significant boost to the College’s efforts to upgrade the teaching-learning environment, enhance faculty development, and ultimately improve the quality of education provided to students.

De La Cruz, representing the College receives the “Excellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) Awards” at the Manila Hotel, 1 Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila. The College President is attending together with the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dolores C. Volante and College of Education Dean, Dr. Edgar P. Aban. The award is CHED’s recognition of CNSC’s consistent upholding of the highest standard in ensuring the quality of pre-service teacher education programs, following its minimum standards, program accreditation, and excellent performance in the Board of Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC CNSC Celebrates 33rd Foundation Anniversary with Tribute and Traditional Festivities By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Camarines Norte State College marked its 33rd Foundation Anniversary with a commemorative ceremony and community festivities, highlighting the institution’s legacy and commitment to unity. The two-part celebration, held at CNSC grounds, gathered administrative officials, faculty, staff, and students for a day of reflection and camaraderie. The event commenced with an opening program led by Faculty Trustee Rene N. Abrera, followed by a message from Dr. Maria Cristina C. Azuelo, Vice President for Administration and Finance, representing CNSC President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz. A wreath-laying ceremony was conducted by CNSC administrative officials to honor the former Congressman Renato M. Unico, Sr., while a video presentation by the Public Information and Community Relations Office (PICRO) showcased CNSC’s journey over the years. The program concluded with closing remarks from CPAU Head Sigfred V. Aler, representing Rhodaviv V. Avila, OSSD Director. The celebration continued with a community dance organized by PATHFIT instructors, energizing participants before the Laro ng Lahi—a series of traditional Filipino games including Arina Relay, Jack N’ Poy, Tug of War, Catch the Egg, Sack Race, Pinoy Henyo, and Eh Ikaw? Volleyball. A boodle fight fostered a spirit of unity before the games resumed. The event culminated in an awarding ceremony, recognizing outstanding participants and winners. CNSC’s 33rd Foundation Anniversary reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to fostering community spirit and preserving cultural traditions while celebrating its continued growth and achievements.

Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐍𝐒𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬 By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 March 28, 2025 CNSC Main Campus In an effort to enhance animal welfare and campus safety, CNSC has teamed up with Animalandia Veterinary Clinic and Grooming Center to launch the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐍𝐒𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬. Spearheaded by the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 in collaboration with the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 and 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, this initiative aims to prevent the spread of rabies and other zoonotic diseases. The program emphasizes the importance of responsible pet ownership and promotes the overall welfare of animals within the campus community. By prioritizing these critical issues, CNSC aims to create a safer environment for both animals and the entire CNSC community.
