Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC HRMO Holds 13th Reorientation for CNSC Employees By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Camarines Norte State College conducted the 13th Reorientation of CNSC employees on August 15, 2025, with the goal of fostering well-informed and motivated personnel. This year’s program centered on addressing the growing demand to enhance productivity among employees while ensuring their professional and personal well-being. The reorientation featured updates and discussions from various experts and partner agencies, including Ms. Resurreccion A. Bulaong of GSIS Naga on GSIS Updates, Atty. Alicia P. Salinas of the Civil Service Commission on CSC Updates, and Dr. Jhon Paul M. Castillo, CNSC Learning and Development Officer, on issues and challenges in learning and development. Health and wellness were highlighted by Dr. Edwin E. De La Cruz, Jr. of Bicol Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry through a lecture on stress management and common medical issues for men and women. Other sessions included Mr. Aldy C. Eferecto of Pag-IBIG on Pag-IBIG Updates, Asst. Provincial Prosecutor Athena S. R. Oco-Boado on the Gender-Based Anti-Sexual Harassment Act and Safe Spaces Act, and Engr. Aser Dino of the Physical Plant Division on gender-responsive and accessible facilities at the Main Campus. Each topic was followed by an open forum facilitated by Learning and Development coordinators to clarify concerns and promote active employee engagement.
