De Guzman, a 4th-year BSEd-English student from the College of Education.The Oathtaking was held at the CNSC Entrance Pavilion, graced by the presence of the CNSC President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz and Dr. Delma Jean V. Abad, Breakthrough adviser.Miss de Guzman took the oath together with Marc Angelo M. Del Barrio – Interim Internal Associate Editor, John Carl N. Toledo – Interim External Associate Editor, Francia Ann R. Montuya – Interim Managing Editor for Finance and Cesario G. Abustan IV – Senior Editor.Miss de Guzman will serve as EIC for AY 2025-2026. She succeeds Mr. John Dave Sunguad.

Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC CNSC Inaugurates First GAD and MiMiPS Facility in Bicol Region By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) made history today, July 28, with the inauguration of the first Gender and Development (GAD) Building and Minding Milk and Play Space (MiMiPS) in the Bicol Region, a pioneering facility aimed at supporting breastfeeding employees and student mothers. The event commenced with an opening remarks from CEID Director Dr. Delma Jean V. Abad, an inspirational message from Chief Administrative Officer Jefferson T. Dacer, and Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz also expressed full support for the initiative. Dr. Abad highlighted the MiMiPS mission to create a nurturing, inclusive, and gender-responsive environment. She emphasized that the facility aims to enhance productivity and peace of mind among CNSC employees and students-mothers by providing a safe space for breastfeeding and child play, equipped with age-appropriate materials and literacy tools. The blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony officially opened the GAD Building and MiMiPS to the CNSC community. As the first of its kind in the Bicol Region, the facility is a strategic entry point for gender-mainstreaming programs, aligning with national GAD efforts and promoting institutional support for parenting and childcare.
