Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC PDO holds 4th and Final Strategic Planning Workshop By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Camarines Norte State College (CNSC), through its Planning and Development Office, spearheaded the 4th and final Strategic Planning Workshop titled “The Future University of Camarines Norte: Strategic Planning (Organizational Targets and Branding Workshop)” held from July 1 – 4, 2025, at Althea’s Dreamland Resort in San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. The four-day workshop gathered Administrative Council members, Heads of Offices, student leaders, and alumni representatives in a unified effort to chart CNSC’s course toward universityhood The workshop marks a milestone in CNSC’s journey toward universityhood, aiming to solidify the institution’s brand, lay the groundwork for infrastructure development, explore the establishment of an Open University, and define clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will shape the institution’s strategic direction.
Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC CNSC Celebrates Historic 33rd Commencement with Two Summa Cum Laude Graduates and First Manide Degree Holder of Camarines Norte By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) marked a historic milestone during its 33rd Commencement Exercises held on June 24, 2025, at the CNSC Main Campus Quadrangle, recognizing the academic achievements of 2,062 graduates from its 10 colleges and delivery units. Among the highlights was the graduation of Laila B. De Viana, who earned a Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education major in Food and Service Management from the College of Trades and Technology in Jose Panganiban. She made history as the first Manide college graduate in Camarines Norte, signifying CNSC’s commitment to inclusive education and indigenous representation in higher learning. The commencement exercises also celebrated the achievements of two Summa Cum Laude graduates, including class valedictorian Baron Roy R. Longaza, who earned a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Development Communication under the College of Arts and Sciences with a General Weighted Average of 1.18. The college conferred Latin honors to a total of 147 graduates – 2 Summa Cum Laude, 110 Magna Cum Laude, and 35 Cum Laude. With the theme “Batch 2025 Graduates: Life Champions and Future-Ready Professionals of the 21st Century,” the event featured Senator-Elect Hon. Paolo Benigno “Bam” A. Aquino as commencement speaker, who commended the graduates for their resilience and urged them to be united with the goal to inspire others and become changemakers in their respective fields.
