De La Cruz with Executive Assistant Nicole Anne G. Panotes. It was developed in collaboration with Vice President for Research and Extension Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones, who was then the Program Chairperson of the Development Communication (DevCom) program and is now the project leader. The team also includes Dr. Melanie Bacuno, a senior faculty member of DevCom.ย The establishment of the ETIDC aims to:1. Create, develop, integrate and utilize effective tools, appropriate technologies, new techniques, online curriculum and innovative instructional design processes, and procedures using the broadcast, digital and ICT-based technologies that identify and integrates emerging technologies in the teaching and learning environment;2. Conduct teacher development and training; and3. Provide professional consultancy and technical support services on project management and project utilization and implementation related to the services of the center.4. Serve as an extension service through the airing of Project T.E.L.L.ย This grant is a significant boost to the College’s efforts to upgrade the teaching-learning environment, enhance faculty development, and ultimately improve the quality of education provided to students.

The event also included a campus tour at the campus.ย The benchmarking activity fostered collaboration between campuses, equipping future educators with industry-relevant skills while reinforcing CNSCโ€™s commitment to research-driven and sustainable fisheries education.

De La Cruz, representing the College receives the โ€œExcellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) Awardsโ€ at the Manila Hotel, 1 Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila. The College President is attending together with the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dolores C. Volante and College of Education Dean, Dr. Edgar P. Aban. The award is CHEDโ€™s recognition of CNSCโ€™s consistent upholding of the highest standard in ensuring the quality of pre-service teacher education programs, following its minimum standards, program accreditation, and excellent performance in the Board of Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

Unlocking Bright Futures View the Latest News and Updates of CNSC CNSC Celebrates 33rd Foundation Anniversary with Tribute and Traditional Festivities By: CNSC PICRO, 2025 Camarines Norte State College marked its 33rd Foundation Anniversary with a commemorative ceremony and community festivities, highlighting the institutionโ€™s legacy and commitment to unity. The two-part celebration, held at CNSC grounds, gathered administrative officials, faculty, staff, and students for a day of reflection and camaraderie. The event commenced with an opening program led by Faculty Trustee Rene N. Abrera, followed by a message from Dr. Maria Cristina C. Azuelo, Vice President for Administration and Finance, representing CNSC President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz. A wreath-laying ceremony was conducted by CNSC administrative officials to honor the former Congressman Renato M. Unico, Sr., while a video presentation by the Public Information and Community Relations Office (PICRO) showcased CNSCโ€™s journey over the years. The program concluded with closing remarks from CPAU Head Sigfred V. Aler, representing Rhodaviv V. Avila, OSSD Director. The celebration continued with a community dance organized by PATHFIT instructors, energizing participants before the Laro ng Lahiโ€”a series of traditional Filipino games including Arina Relay, Jack N’ Poy, Tug of War, Catch the Egg, Sack Race, Pinoy Henyo, and Eh Ikaw? Volleyball. A boodle fight fostered a spirit of unity before the games resumed. The event culminated in an awarding ceremony, recognizing outstanding participants and winners. CNSCโ€™s 33rd Foundation Anniversary reaffirmed the institutionโ€™s commitment to fostering community spirit and preserving cultural traditions while celebrating its continued growth and achievements.
