Daculangbolo for Sports-Based Extension Project MOVES By: CNSC ESD, 2024 A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between the CNSC โ€“ College of Education (CoEd), represented by Dean Dr. Edgar P. Aban, and Punong Barangay Edgardo Postre of Daculangbolo, San Lorenzo Ruiz for the launch of Project MOVES (Movement Enhancement Opportunities and Valuable Learning Experience through Sports Clinic). This partnership aims to provide youth in the community with meaningful physical development and learning opportunities through organized sports clinics and activities that promote health, discipline, and teamwork.

Project KUMPUNI Takes Off with CNSC-CoTT and LGU Mercedes Collaboration By: CNSC ESD, 2024 Closing September 2024 on a high note, the CNSC โ€“ College of Trades and Technology (CoTT) has officially entered into a partnership with the Local Government Unit of Mercedes through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the CoTT-KUMPUNI Project (Knowledge Utilization and Mitigation of Public Needs and Interest). This collaborative research and extension initiative is designed to uplift the lives of Mercedeรฑos by addressing local needs through innovative and practical solutionsโ€”working hand in hand to create a more empowered and resilient community.

CNSC-CAS and Brgy. San Isidro Ink MOA for Project ELead By: CNSC ESD, 2024 The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing between the CNSC-College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Extension Services Unit and the Barangay Council of San Isidro marked the official launch of the extension initiative titled โ€œProject ELead: Take the Lead through English Language.โ€ This one-year project aims to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for young learners in the community. Through a series of workshops and proficiency-building training sessions, Project ELead seeks to enhance English language skills and foster confidence among its beneficiaries beyond the walls of CNSC.

CNSC and PLGU-CN Seal Partnership for Project TELL V.2.0 By: CNSC ESD, 2024 A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) and the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte (PLGU-CN) was held today at the Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol, Daet, Camarines Norte. The agreement establishes a partnership through DWCN 96.9 Radyo Pilipinas as a key media ally for Project TELL V.2.0, supporting CNSCโ€™s institutional extension agenda, DISKARTE 2.0. This collaboration aims to enhance the delivery of training and learning initiatives by maximizing the use of mixed media and digital platformsโ€”ensuring broader reach, increased engagement, and sustainable community education and development.

CNSC-IFMS and NCIP Region V Ink MOA for Fisheries-Based Extension Services By: CNSC ESD, 2023 Captured in photos are moments from the Memorandum of Agreement signing ceremony between the CNSC-Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (IFMS) and the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) โ€“ Regional Office V, held on October 24, 2023, at the CNSC Quality Assurance Office, CNSC Main Campus. This partnership aims to deliver targeted extension services to Indigenous Peoples (IPs) communities, including programs on capture fisheries, aquaculture, post-harvest livelihood, fisheries management, and conservation. Both parties are committed to promoting sustainable development through inclusive, community-based fisheries initiatives.

CNSC Signs MOA with Tuaca Livelihood Coco Pine Crops Organization (TLCPCO) By: CNSC ESD, 2023 CNSC) forged partnership with the Tuaca Livelihood Coco Pine Crops Organization (TLCPCO) through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held on October 13, 2023. TLCPCO was represented by its President Mr. Danilo A. Barrameda and Punong Barangay Edna V. Barrameda of Brgy. Tuaca. Present during the ceremony were Dr. Marlo M. De la Cruz, PECE, CNSC College President; the OVPRE Team led by Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones, Vice President for Research and Extension; Dr. Girly H. Naval, Director of the Extension Services Division (ESD); and Dr. Jocelyn E. Trinidad, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). This partnership underscores CNSCโ€™s ongoing commitment to community-based livelihood and development initiatives.

CNSC and Vinzons Pilot High School Sign MOA for Academic and Extension Collaboration By: CNSC ESD, 2023 On July 3, 2023, CNSC entered a 3-year partnership with Vinzons Pilot High School (VPHS) through a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held at the CNSC OP Board Room. Represented by School Principal Dr. Teresita A. Orendain, this collaboration aims to strengthen institutional capacity and promote the development of a globally competitive knowledge economy through shared academic and extension initiatives.

CNSC-CAS and Brgy. Catandunganon Forge Partnership for Community Empowerment By: CNSC ESD, 2023 On May 30, 2023, a new partnership was established through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between CNSCโ€“College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), represented by College President Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, and the Barangay Council of Catandunganon, Mercedes, Camarines Norte, led by Punong Barangay, Jovito Gardona. The agreement aims to empower local communitiesโ€”including staff, peopleโ€™s organizations, and various sectorsโ€”by enhancing quality of life through income-generating initiatives, capacity-building, livelihood training, and environmental conservation programs. Following the MOA signing, both parties actively participated in Part 2 of the planning activity, facilitated by Dr. Rusty G. Abanto, lead proponent of the project and BS Biology faculty member. With the support of Extension Coordinator Ms. Sheela G. Salvador and BS Biology faculty member Ms. Maria Angelica M. Ella, the visiting barangay representatives were also given a guided campus tour to cap off the dayโ€™s meaningful collaboration.
