TORIO, DIT Associate Professor II Educational Attainment Doctor in Information Technology (2017-2020) Master in Information Technology (2004-2014) Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (1994-1999) About Jocelyn O. Torio, DIT is a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies in Camarines Norte State College. She serves as the NSTP Director and concurrently the program chairperson of BSIS Program. With over 14 years of experience in the academe, she has held various roles including Planning Coordinator, Alumni Coordinator, ICS Director, among others. Her contributions include research and publications on gamification in e-learning and sentiment analysis in educational contexts that are Scopus indexed​. Additionally, Dr. Torio is recognized as an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), reflecting her active involvement in scientific and technological research and also an active member of  Regional ​Quality Assessment Team of CHED Region V.

Nicart is a faculty of Camarines Norte State College from Daet, Camarines Norte under the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies. He is fully engaged in research and an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. He has published papers in Scopus-indexed, non-ISI international and local journals under multidisciplinary areas from Deep learning, Computer Vision, Educational Technologies, and various articles. He has been involved in DOST projects under PCAARRD and another one with DOST-PCIEERD as project leader and innovator related to computer vision, image processing, mobile applications, data analytics, and recommender systems. He is also an advocate of smart and precision agriculture, educational technology, and geo-spatial studies.

A proud graduate of the CNSC Batch of 2016, with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management.   He is currently a faculty member of the College of Business and Public Administration. He has successfully achieved the Professional level in the Civil Service Eligibility examination. Additionally, He is a licensed professional teacher, having passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2022. In terms of work experiences, He had the privilege of working in diverse roles in different industries that have contributed to his well-rounded skill set. These experiences have not only shaped his professional identity but have also instilled the passion for continuous learning and growth. He is teaching financial management courses, and excited about the prospect of contributing his skills and knowledge to new challenges and eager to explore opportunities that align with his expertise.  

CRISANTO S. RAMIREZ, MBA

RAMIREZ, MBA Instructor II / BSOA Program Chairperson About He completed his undergraduate studies at Camarines Norte State College – Main Campus in 2013. Since then, he has held diverse roles, including Marketing Officer at a shopping mall, Marketing Manager at a Quick-Service Restaurant, and a position in the banking sector. Concurrently, he has served as a College Instructor at Camarines Norte State College within the College of Business and Public Administration. In addition to his professional roles, he is a distinguished member of the Philippine Association of Administrative Professionals and Educators in Office Administration, Inc. (PAAPEOA), a leading national organization. He obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Nueva Caceres, demonstrating remarkable dedication by successfully managing his Master’s in Business Administration while working as a full-time Instructor. Post-MBA, Mr. Ramirez has furthered his academic pursuits by enrolling in the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management program at the Polytechnic State University of Bicol. Under the mentorship of renowned professors in business administration and management, Mr. Ramirez has undergone rigorous training. He actively engages in both action research and fundamental research, consistently contributing to academic discourse. Displaying a commitment to educational enhancement, Mr. Ramirez excels in developing instructional materials such as manuals and modules, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application. His ongoing efforts reflect a continuous dedication to refining technical skills and knowledge, ultimately enhancing the quality of teaching and learning experiences.

RAFER, MPA Instructor I / BPA Program Chairperson About A person who strictly follows what is stated on the rules and regulations as public administration enthusiasts. Also, an individual who is flexible and open to unlock new skills and knowledge.  He is an Instructor I faculty member under the Public Administration Department Program with relevant master’s degree. At present, he is designated as the Program Chairperson of the Bachelor of Public Administration Program and the CBPA Accreditation Task Force In-Charge with almost six years in the field of instruction. In addition, he serves as the Adviser of the CBPA Student Government. He also handled different designations as well like Unit Secretary and Gender and Development Coordinator. With his work experience as casual employee in one of the constitutional commissions in the Philippines, he learned that being a public servant is a challenging yet meaningful one. He then realized that it is important to develop new breed of future public servants and leaders that is imbued with deep sense and values of an effective one by imparting his knowledge and ideals to the students he is handling.
