Camarines Norte State College (CNSC), through the initiative of the Management System and Improvement Office (MSIO) and the Quality Management Representative Office (QMRO), successfully conducted its annual Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Summer Camp 2025. This yearโ€™s camp emphasized enhancing the knowledge and expertise of the current internal auditors, ensuring they are well-equipped with the latest auditing standards and best practices. By focusing on strengthening the existing team, the camp aimed to build a more cohesive and highly proficient audit group.

The IQA Summer Camp aimed to orient participants on ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organization Management System), strengthen awareness of Philippine Quality Award (PQA) requirements in preparation for PQA applications from satellite campuses, review and finalize the crafted IQA Policy Manual, Revisit the IQA Performance Evaluation Criteria, enhance knowledge and skills in report preparation, revisit actionable items from the 2024 internal and recertification audits, and foster morale, camaraderie, and team synergy among IQA auditors.

On March 20, 2025, the second day of the camp, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dolores C. Volante, delivered the opening remarks. College President, Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, PECE, also addressed the participants, emphasizing the significance of the IQA Summer Camp in strengthening the role of auditors in maintaining institutional quality. 5. Lecture-Workshop on Report Preparation and Revisiting Actionable Items from the 2024 Internal and Recertification Audits

Following the conclusion of the sessions, a social night was conducted to foster camaraderie and enhance team cohesion among participants.

Additionally, group presentations related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 21001:2018 were delivered, reinforcing key concepts and facilitating knowledge exchange in a dynamic and engaging manner.
